(Please prepurchase tickets, they can be bought until 2pm the day of)

12:00 pm/Noon - Tentative group cave tour time 

12:20 pm -  Walk in Tour 1

3:20pm -  Walk in Tour 2

5/6pm - Dinner

10pm - Lights out


Sunday

8am - Breakfast

9/10am - Clean up Campsite

12/noon - Leave Campsite


(Note: for breakfast eggs/bacon will be made by the hosts in the morning for people to eat if they so choose, however feel free to make your own breakfast if you do not want what is provided, the rest of the meals are not provided and you must bring your own food)

Notes: You will need a state park parking permit to park your vehicle at the site, you can get one at the main building for $7 for a day pass or you can also get a $35 year round pass, if you do not get a pass your vehicle will get ticketed. 


Other guidelines: 

Quiet hours are 10 p.m.– 8 a.m.

Event is 18+

Be respectful of the camping venue property and stay out of areas where guests are not permitted.

Do not cause any damage to venue property and if you notice anything already damaged or out of the ordinary, please see venue staff.

  • 30 people max
  • 15 vehicles max (carpool if possible)
  • Bring your own tents, chairs, food etc these will not be supplied for each camper
  • Firewood will be provided, however you can also buy your own if you would like
    • Firewood must be bought from approved vendors, or at the at the main building at the park as well during open hours.
  • You must have a valid state park pass easily shown on your vehicle or you will get a ticket
  • For those in fursuit, please stay away any fire in fire pits and elsewhere that would be dangerous to suit.
  • There are horse trails in the park, no fursuiting on those trails as to not spook the animals. Do not go near the horse campsites as well.
  • Please keep fur piles and other public fursuit displays to a minimum since this is a public event with the potential of other campground guests around.
  • Be respectful of other attendees privacy, please ask if you want fursuit hugs or other interactions.
  • Alcoholic beverages and THC/CBD products are not allowed!
  • Swim at your own risk, there are no lifeguards
  • Clean up after yourself, do not leave any food or coolers outside of your vehicles overnight as to not attract wildlife, and throw any garbage away in the dumpsters.
  • Do not remove any plant-life from the park
  • Be careful of poison ivy and ticks
  • NO ELECTRICITY at the campsite, please provide your own
  • No modern showers, Vault toilets available
  • Overnight temperatures can get low, pack extra blankets for overnight or a warm sleeping bag and warm cloths!

Due to the nature of the venue depending on reservations to cover the costs of the group site, registration is nonrefundable. So please insure you can attend before committing.
